Used for frozen product in cubes.
The frozen cube of the product is placed on a shelf where a knife and a blue cloth are visible, then the cube is placed vertically it rises and falls into a crusher that crushes the ice cube into smaller pieces. These smaller pieces were then traveled and on to the defroster (the defroster is not part of this machine).
